At the Indiana Ironworkers Political Action Committee (IIPAC), we are committed to advocating for policies that enhance the safety, skills, and economic security of ironworkers and by extension, all Hoosier workers. With a focus on promoting responsible labor standards, supporting apprenticeship programs, and ensuring safe and high-quality construction practices, IIPAC represents the voice of over 6,000 ironworkers from eight locals across the state.
We build careers, communities, and a better Indiana. Our members are the backbone of the state’s infrastructure, working on everything from highways to state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with precision and pride. We believe that by investing in our workforce, we are investing in the future of Indiana.
